GNSS systems availability

Have you ever ben looking for web service showing the actual GNSS systems or services availability?

The immediate information about the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) availability can be influenced by many factors. Most known are for example the health status of the satellites, accurate timing, visibility of satellites or signal coverage.

Agencies providing the GNSS services and 100% covering the most of the Earth are at this moment the US GPS and Russian GLONASS systems. The European Galileo is already in its initial operation phase, but it is still in building process. But I consider it as available system, so I have included it below.
